1. What is DTCP Approval, Why is it Necessary, and Who Issues It?
The Directorate of Town and Country Planning (DTCP) approval is a crucial permission required for land development projects in Tamil Nadu, including residential, commercial, and industrial ventures. This approval ensures that projects comply with zoning regulations, land-use plans, and building codes, promoting orderly development while managing urban growth and maintaining infrastructure standards. It helps align construction activities with regional planning objectives thus ensuring a well-organized urban expansion.

2. How Long Does the DTCP Approval Process Take?
The DTCP approval process can vary depending on the size and scope of the project.
