Suresh Natarajan, Managing Director of Propdoc has over 30 years of experience in project management works like obtaining DTCP approvals for projects and obtaining all statutory clearances in time to kick start the project. He is experienced in liaising with the government departments to check and release procedures and formalities linked to property developments He has handed over 400 houses as township and is also a Direct Selling Agent of a leading bank. He has been involved in projects with huge players like CODISSIA Industrial Park in successfully obtaining DTCP approval and promotion for over 360 acres of land along with infrastructural works.
K. Sukumar, Director of Propdoc is experienced in field survey and has an educational background in Remote Sensing and professional experience in all aspects of land surveying and is trained at Indian Institute of Surveying and Mapping. He is an active member of YES (Young Entrepreneurs School). He has been a part of huge projects which involved humongous land proportions and successfully handed over thousands of acres of land in surveying with precision and on-time. He is also a guest lecturer in leading colleges in India.
V. Balakumar, Director of Propdoc is an MBA graduate and an experienced professional in field survey with an excellent working knowledge of survey methods and procedures for all types of surveys. His core strength lies in DTCP and DTCP APPROVAL of projects involving land in huge proportions. He is involved in all aspects of survey practices and has successfully provided clients with excellent service within the stipulated time to ensure on-time completion of the project. He has good knowledge on land investment and promotion and is also an ex-BNI (Business Network International) member.
